Emergency Preparedness…

My philosophy is that it is wise to be knowledgeable and prepared, yet I hope that everything works out well.  Hurricane season will begin in a few weeks, other areas are already experiencing natural disasters like earthquakes and wild fires … of course disasters can also occur on a more personal level, but it we’re prepared, our stress is reduced and that is always a good thing.

Lastly, you might find this chart of common household medication, which can and canNOT be used for pets (and the dosage) helpful:

Though Jeanne began her career technical writing, her love of romantic-suspense, whether it be present, future or in an unknown galaxy inspired her to write the novels she wanted to find in bookstores. Since marrying, Jeanne and her husband have lived from the arctic to the tropics, as well as from yacht to off-grid mountain home. She loves using vivid colors and flowing shapes in her oil paintings as well as creating edible landscapes. At present, she is finishing writing the Chatterre Trilogy and working on a new episode for The Sea Purrtector Files. 1. Hurricane season has officially begun, which is what makes me think to post this sort of information … I probably should have posted this previously, since hurricanes are not the only form of emergency pets can involved in.

  1. Greetings from Florida! I’m bored at work so I decided
to browse your site on my iphone during lunch break.

I love the info you provide here and can’t wait to take a
look when I get home. I’m shocked at how quick your blog loaded on my cell phone ..

I’m not even using WIFI, just 3G .. Anyhow,
    good site! http://www.yahoo.net

    1. I like including photos, but also make sure they are big enough to see, yet small enough to load quickly — I, too, dislike waiting for a site to load. Have a wonderful day!
