5 DIY Projects for Cats

c879c9f7555a007fc8686d7346d691b5I love the idea of putting a cat stairs on the back of an unused door and wonder if those little closed pet doors lead to another cat stairs or one of these other ideas. a40b5c7db6bf0000c9282a1ed78aff3cb2aaea4834df3cbf49a9cc805f0d356dbbe67074bda02d8748d31d313ef1f2ec

395ec85cd7b75d304551eedd01152fb8 As always, I LOVE the project ideas I discover on Pinterest. However, my favorite  of these 5 cat idea is this modular bookcase – I discovered a wav file for how to assemble it here, but to my frustration,  I can’t find out where to buy it! Mr. M, my literary little tuxedo muse would look quite handsome in that bookcase and I always need more bookcases. The two huge problems are 1) finding where to buy it; 2) figuring out where I have space for it…. #2 is why I have not put more effort into finding the retail outlet. Doesn’t it look good with books? (That’s also a fine looking cat. Don’t you agree?)

  1. How cool! All of these things are great. I love the cat runs near the ceilings. David and I have talked about something like this many times, only for trains, not cats. Xerxes would have loved that, though! He could have pounced us from up high out of nowhere. 🙂 Have a blessed day.

      1. I’m sure he would have. 🙂 He was a little Tasmanian devil, that one. The train project is just one of our many “want to” dreams, but probably won’t happen at this point. But, we can keep imagining and thinking about how much fun Xerxes would have had with that. Have a blessed day. 🙂

      2. I saw something like the train project you’re talking about at a restaurant years ago, but can’t recall where that was… for certain, I loved it, but never thought of putting it in the house. One of my cousins has half his basement devoted to toy trains and landscapes to run them through.
I know it’s a day early, but have a wonderful weekend!
