10 Ways to give your Cat Exercise

happy dance

It is good for cats to get plenty of exercise, no matter what their age. Interestingly, this info-graphic lists ‘go fishing’ as one easy activity for human ‘staff’ to do, but I gotta tell you that they do not define this the way Purrseidon does.

Dear Mr. M could use way more exercise, but the only thing that gets that gentleman moving at top speed is the sight and smell of Ms. Purrseidon coming home from swimming in the Atlantic. We’re still marveling over the speed he displaying while fleeing that sight… Mr. M doesn’t even move fast when he hears a can opener… That said, he has been a lot sprier since becoming a tester for Cat-a-bliss blends. I’m not sure what Kiara puts in these, aside from a lot of research, but do know that Mr. M has speeded up – a lot – since beginning to ‘work’ for Cat-a-bliss.

Anyway, if you want to help your cat get more exercise, these 10 ideas are a good place to begin.

  1. That black dancing cat is awesome! Our Kosmo is quite round by his stomach looking from above, and we are having great running plays in the evening. He comes and looks at us like we were monsters, and then he escapes we running after him . Good exercise for a cat and two elderly peeps.
