Cheryl Mills, Hillary’s top aide worked for the State Department AND the Clinton Foundation at the SAME TIME – and even coached Bill on his tangled web of business interests
- Emails published by WikiLeaks show she helped remodel the Foundation’s structure and counseled Bill Clinton.
- Mills did not mention her side work for the foundation when she was deposed by congressional investigators last year
- The emails raise questions about whether Mills violated conflict of interest laws and highlight the blurred line between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation
A new Podesta email released by WikiLeaks reveals more direct coordination between the State Department and the Clinton campaign during what should have been a confidential investigation. The email chain starts with a note from Clinton Deputy Communications Director, Kristina Schake, on April 9th, 2015 informing Mook, Palmieri, Mills, Podesta and Samuelson that “Someone here just got a tip that the State Department may be planning to release her Benghazi emails tomorrow or Monday.“ The emails reveal a continued coordination between the State Department and the Clinton campaign with Heather Samuelson providing frequent status updates over the course of the following week.
If that wasn’t enough, new emails released by WikiLeaks in connection with its dump of John Podesta’s email server indicate that Qatar, an Islamist state in the Persian gulf, gave former President Bill Clinton a check for $1 million for his birthday.
What did he/they do to get a gift like that?!?
