To make a long story short, I never had cats in my entire life until 15 years ago when I volunteered my hubby and I to help out a tech friend who had more kitties to bottle feed than she was able to handle. We took in three and were to foster till old enough to adopt. Well, as some know, the rest is history. Anyway, our first Christmas with cats was the last time we tried putting up a tree! But don’t worry, we didn’t disappoint any children! 😀

    1. As a kid, I lived on a farm and there were always cats in the barn… Rom’s first Christmas was memorable. (We cut a tree, but didn’t realize there was a vacant bird’s nest in it…Ultimately, my husband secured it to a molly in the ceiling and every once in a while, it would swing like a bell.
      That is a memorable Christmas.
