Napping with Cats

Napping with cats can be calming, release stress, and promote bonding but, sharing your bed with a nocturnal animal can also create problems. I was delighted when Freya sent me the info-graphic below, which gives tips for the best ways to nap with cats…. She also gave me permission to post it on my blog. (You can find the original posted here.) Thanks, Freya!napping-with-cats.jpg

Though Jeanne began her career technical writing, her love of romantic-suspense, whether it be present, future or in an unknown galaxy inspired her to write the novels she wanted to find in bookstores. Since marrying, Jeanne and her husband have lived from the arctic to the tropics, as well as from yacht to off-grid mountain home. She loves using vivid colors and flowing shapes in her oil paintings as well as creating edible landscapes. At present, she is finishing writing the Chatterre Trilogy and working on a new episode for The Sea Purrtector Files. 1. That is a most excellent question! When we want the munchkins to read something, sometimesI mention the article/book when they can over-hear, but don’t try to push it on them… When they choose to do something )instead of get forced into it), they seem to learn better. I have no scientific data on this, but do have a theory that if something is forced on another person (even if it is for their own good) the ‘recipient’ puts up mental barriers. However, when they choose to read, learn, etc., those barriers are replaced by enthusiasm.
