Wordless Wednesday

Max knows when he sees his carrier that it’s a visit to the vet and gets pretty vocal about it. Max is saying his own words that only he understands for the most part. The only things I know he is saying is “I don’t wanna” and “What did I say”.  This post is purrticipating in Comedy Plus’s Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.

Since marrying, Jeanne and her husband have lived from the arctic to the tropics, as well as from yacht to off-grid mountain home. She loves using vivid colors and flowing shapes in her oil paintings as well as creating edible landscapes. 1. I have problems picking up Max the Tuxedo Cat when it’s time to be stuffed into his carrier for a trip to the vet. He unleashes his Talons of Death on my hands. Now try to imagine being on the receiving end of a full assault by an angry and scared cockatoo with a sharp and horny and strong beak …. Sheesh!

    1. Rom hated the vet I I don’t normally use that word, but nothing less is appropriate for his attitude. He didn’t mind his first visit, but when we pulled into the parking slot for the 2nd, I literally needed to detach his claws from the car’s roof liner! The older he got, the worse, so we needed to use a carrier… Eventually we realized he could probably even read ‘vet’ on the calendar because he’d vanish for a couple days…
