Though Jeanne began her career technical writing, her love of romantic-suspense, whether it be present, future or in an unknown galaxy inspired her to write the novels she wanted to find in bookstores.   1. What a great story. It was only recently that I learned I am in the minority – I think black cats are gorgeous and have never liked white cats. (Kommando is offended every time I say that since she is mainly white)

    1. Mr. M (our tuxedo) was quite shocked to discover that some people thought he was black and thus terrifying. IMHO, skin/fur is a small % of any one person/animal, so I can’t understand why so many only seem capable to react to that.

      1. I agree. I read a story one time about a shelter worker who was very upset that a black cat kept getting passed by. She put up a sign saying his name was Jelly Bean, put his cage next to the door, and he went home the next day. It worked for several other black cats too
